Excerpt from the book" Travelling on a Ray"

      I was told to start a Fan Club for everyone interested in contacting Melfior Ra. Through Melfior Ra the AVATAR can be contacted. There will be 7(seven) circles in 7 cities. The first seven that will subscribe in each city will form "The First Circle" in that city and they will be in contact with Melfior Ra physically as well as vibrational, telepathic and clairvoyantly. The following members will form the second circle, third and so forth. Everyone in "The First Circle " will be the nucleus for secondary circles. Each nucleus will be in contact with Melfior Ra or with the physical correspondents of the astral guides.
      There will be quadrennially or biannually meetings with the Circles and with the Fan Club members. At these meetings will be invited the physical corespondents of the Masters, Guides and Ship Commanders, those who are on Earth in the physical form. There will also be present extraterrestrial beings. Annually will be held meetings with all the circles and even retreats. At these meetings the AVATAR may decide to appear, when and if he finds it appropriate. He can appear physically either in a human body or in an extra terrestrial body, both being visible by the human eye. He will give then instructions to those designated to work with extraterrestrials.
      Those interested in contacting extraterrestrial beings need to state their wish and follow a preliminary training.

Conditions of entry:

1. To believe in life on other planets and in extraterrestrial beings, regardless of the form they take.
2. To read about these topics.
3. To keep in touch with Melfior Ra and her guests invited at the meetings.
4. To wish the friendship of extraterrestrials.
5. To believe in God, be brave and honest.
6. To respect their country laws, The God laws and the Jesus Christ teachings.
7. Above all to want SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION, PEACE AND HARMONY amongst all the beings in entire UNIVERSE.
      All these have been told to Melfior Ra by ZVMT, the commander of mini -nave 4 , and they were ordered by the commander of spaceship Vega, SHAKTI SAIV and the commander of spaceship Sirius, ASTAR SHERAN.
      Now, it is the time to communicate all these to those who are supposed to hear them, to understand and follow them.

     At the request of the readers fan clubs were constituted in the following cities :Bucharest, CLUJ, CRAIOVA, TIMISOARA, GALATI, BUZAU, BOTOSANI, CONSTANTA
     Melfior Ra has held conferences and workshops in :
Deva, Bucuresti, Constanta ,Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Craiova, Galati, Buzau, Botosani, Tirgu Mures, Iernut, Bistrita, Sibiu, Oradea, Arad, Busteni, Mangalia and more.
     Melfior Ra has been invited regularly to speak at annual Light workers Conference organized by ANATECOR (The Association of Alternative Therapies from Romania) in Arad-Romania. The titles of her seminars were:
